What is PKENT?

PKENT Car Rental Service is committed to delivering reliable, comfortable, and affordable transportation solutions for every travel need. With a modern fleet of well-maintained vehicles and professional drivers, PKENT ensures safe and timely journeys for business, leisure, and special occasions.

Am I eligible to use PKENT services?

To avail PKENT services, you must be at least 21 years old, and your driving license for Light Motor Vehicles must be at least 6 months old. The license must be an original hard copy or available via DigiLocker at the time of trip start.

Driving licenses printed on A4 paper, licenses shown on the M-Parivaahan app, and commercial driving licenses are not accepted. Additional documents such as local ID or travel proof may be requested for verification.

Which areas are covered by PKENT services?

Delhi NCR: Most parts of Delhi and Gurgaon, and selected areas of Noida and Ghaziabad.

Is there a kilometres limit?

Kilometer limits depend on the plan selected at the time of booking. Extra kilometers beyond the selected plan will be charged at predefined rates.

For Unlimited KMs plans (available for long-duration bookings without fuel), there is no limit on driving distance.

Can I book a one-way trip?

Yes. You may choose different pickup and drop locations within the same city at no additional cost, apart from standard delivery/pickup charges. This option must be selected while creating the booking.

Is PKENT available 24/7?

Yes, PKENT services are available 24x7.

Is there a speed limit?

The speed limit is 80 km/hr. Exceeding this limit may result in penalties for over-speeding.

Your Bookings

How do I make a booking?

Booking is quick and easy. You can book through our website or call us at (+91 7303669313). Select your city, trip date and time, pickup location, preferred car type, complete payment, and you're ready to go.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes. Modifications or cancellations can be done via the app, website, or by calling us. Charges and availability depend on the timing of your request. Please refer to the Fee Policy for details.

What happens if I return the car late?

We try to accommodate last-minute changes, but late returns may impact the next booking. Late fees and extension charges apply as per the Fee Policy.

What is included in my booking?

Rental charges include vehicle rental, insurance, and GST. You can choose with fuel or without fuel pricing.

Tolls, FASTag charges, inter-state taxes, and parking are not included. There are no hidden charges.

Payments & Refunds

What payment modes are accepted?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular wallets. Payments must be made in advance via the website or mobile app.

Who pays for parking and tolls?

Parking charges, tolls, and inter-state taxes are borne by the user.

Our vehicles are equipped with FASTag devices, and toll charges incurred during the trip will be reflected in your invoice.

Do I need to pay traffic or parking fines?

Yes, any fines incurred during your booking due to traffic or parking violations must be paid by the user.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 10 days after booking completion. In rare cases, bank processing delays may occur.

If your refund is not credited within 10 days, please contact our support team and we will assist you promptly.
