No Show

In case of a No-Show, no amount will be refunded to the user.

Cleanliness

The company does not permit the use of the vehicle for carrying pets, goods, or any other objects that may damage the upholstery or vehicle interiors/exteriors.

In such cases, the user will be charged the actual cost incurred for repair or cleaning of the vehicle.

Replacement Car

A replacement vehicle will be provided within city limits only, subject to availability of a similar segment, in cases where the vehicle develops a mechanical issue that restricts usage.

If the vehicle develops a mechanical issue outside city limits, no replacement vehicle will be provided and the agreed rental amount will still be charged. The company’s decision regarding replacement shall be final.

Fuel

For chauffeur-driven cars, fuel is included in the selected rental package.

Cancellation

Reservations must be cancelled through the website or mobile application only.

Extra Time

Extra hours will be applicable after 15 minutes beyond the basic rental package selected by the renter.

Outstation Travel

• Kilometers and hours will be calculated on a garage-to-garage basis from the nearest garage.
• If travel exceeds 250 km in a day, extra kilometers will be charged as per the car model.
• If travel exceeds 24 hours, a one-hour extension is provided at no extra charge. After that, a full-day rental will be charged as per the car model.

Local / Within City Travel

If travel exceeds the booked package, customers will be billed for additional usage. Extra usage will be calculated based on extra hours and extra kilometers as per the booked car category.
